Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships and identifying areas for improvement. This is a full-time hybrid role located in El Sheikh Zaid, with flexibility for some remote work. Day-to-day tasks may include managing customer interactions, identifying customer needs, developing and improving processes related to customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer success.
