- Create high-quality, visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, reels, GIFs, & short videos.
- Manage event designs and requirements; Booths , Stands , & Communication tools
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
- Create and edit motion graphic videos as needed, including teaser clips, music lyric clips, and promotional clips.
- Collaborate with the department manager and other team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Design a corporate identity, branding & visual identity.
- Understand and apply the company's brand guidelines to all designs and ensure consistency of applications across all material.
- Keep up with the latest trends in graphic design and motion graphics local and international design trends
- Understanding briefs, estimating required time for each project and providing a deadline.
- Be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Developing design concepts for packaging, product stands, prints and online ads, POS material and other BTL material.
- Amending designs as per requirements and creating final artwork for print/production.
- Fully understand the product range and provide required designs and printing solutions as needed.
- Coordinate with print houses for technical requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field1 - 2 years of experience in graphic designProven graphic designing experienceStrong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principlesExperience with various design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and relevant.Experience with motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro (required)Creativity, logical thinking, solutions-oriented, self-motivated, & Multitasker.A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphicsA keen eye for aesthetics and details
