   Respond to user inquiries via the ticketing system, phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional       manner.

    Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

    Provide clear and concise instructions to users for resolving common technical problems.

    Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.

    Escalate complex problems to senior technicians or other support teams.

    Research and learn about new technologies and products to stay up-to-date.

    Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with users.

    Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

    Follow company policies and procedures.


    Minimum of one year of experience in a technical support role, or equivalent customer service experience.    Strong understanding of basic computer hardware and software.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.    Problem-solving and analytical skills.    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.    Ability to learn new technologies quickly.    Proficiency in Microsoft Products
