- Manage day to day maintenance activities through directing the technical staff as required. -
- Maintain sufficient inventories of tools, parts and supplies in coordination with the storekeeper. -
- Maintain systems for monitoring and tracking service requests, preventive maintenance work performed as per the maintenance manager instructions. -
- Schedule maintenance employees according to forecasted workloads. -
- Assign jobs to specific staff and provide coordination among maintenance functions. -
- Supervise and train the maintenance staff for maximum productivity. -
- Controls the spare parts inventory in coordination with storekeeper. -
- Manage mechanical, electrical, garage, workshop and stores team. -
- Supervise the installation of new machines or modification of machines - Follow up on repair, boiler check, lubrication forms. -
- Follow up on the schedule of maintenance for generators and compressors. -
- Validates specifications on new items for proper usage. -
- Validate the maintenance job that has been carried out by technical staff and feedback about the adequacy and follow-ups needed. -
- Follow up with transportation supervisor on company cars preventive maintenance and confirm action taken.
Proven working experience as a Project Engineer.Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.Project management and supervision skills.Decision making ability and leadership skills.Time management and organization skills.BS degree in Engineering preferred Electromechanical Engineering.
