Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the consistent production of high-quality final products.
Conduct regular inspections at various stages of the production process to identify and address quality issues.
Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to establish quality standards and specifications.
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality performance.
Lead investigations into customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Train and educate staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and other relevant documentation.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Textile Engineering, Quality Management, Applied Arts, Home Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc…).· From 10 to 15 Proven years of experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar role within the garments or textile industry.· In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
