Qualifications :-
- IT Helpdesk experience 0 - 2 years.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- A resident of Ismailia or Fayed is preferred.
Knowledge :-
- MS Windows and MS Office.
- Hardware and Software troubleshooting.
- CCNA knowledge is must, Certified is preferred.
- MCSA knowledge is must, Certified is preferred.
- CCNP knowledge is preferred.
