Role Description :-
- This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including customer communication, customer service, lead generation, customer support, and sales. These tasks will be performed through telesales communication.
Qualifications :-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service and support.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and follow-up.
- Proficiency in using relevant computer programs, including Google sheets, and telephone systems.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Fluency in English languages is a mandatory.
Benefits :-
- Salary :- 3700 to 5,500 EGP per month.
- Supplemental pay types :- Performance bonus.

Working Schedule :-
- Working Days: Saturday to Thursday.
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
