Regional Corporate Sales, Africa - Latin America

  • As a Regional Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within Africa and Latin America.
  • Your role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients in your region and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy and action plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify key industries, sectors, and potential clients for targeted sales efforts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.

New Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to corporate clients, showcasing the value of our products or services.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue data.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
  • Use market research to adapt sales strategies and product positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.

Travel and Regional Coverage:

  • Travel within the designated region as required to meet clients and attend industry events or conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven regional work experience, Africa/MENA 
  • Experience working in software business development is a plus
  • Proven experience in corporate sales or business development, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
