  • Responsible for cruise and hotel booking which may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
  • Checking the availability of accommodation or transportations (flights or trains) on the customers’ desired travel dates,
  • Update the reservation sheet in coordination with the company travel consultants.
  • Update the contract rates with the hotels and Nile cruises.
  • Negotiate with the hotels and cruises to receive the best available rates and seasonal offers.
  • Predict the pick periods and secure extra spaces in the hotels and the Nile cruises
  • Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
  • Follow up with the hotels and cruise reservation manager to confirm the company reservations.
  • Assure that the payment process for the hotels will be executed before the release period.
  • Negotiate with the cruises and hotels’ sales managers to obtain the best reservation and contract conditions.

 

Skill

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communications and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
