Job description:-
- Manpower planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure all the legal compliances related to HR are up to date at the office and stores.
- Ensure timely and correct salary payouts in liaison with the finance team.
- Hiring efficient candidates within the budget and in giving a time frame.
- Onboarding.
- Clarity of role / JDs and KPIs.
- Talent review and succession planning.
- Competitive compensation and reward structure
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Timely amendments and ensuring adherence to HR policies
- Excellent experience in creating and rebuilding the organizational structure.
- Performance management reviews
- Competitive compensation structure
- HR data and analytics.
- HR best practices to support business strategy and growth
Job requirements:-
- College Degree, ideally with specific HR expertise/certification
- More than 10 years of general experience at least 5 years in a management role.
- Have experience in setting up the HR department
- Have experience in writing policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian labor law
- Extensive experience in general HR functions
