Working hours:- 10 am – 6 PM

 Job description:-

  • Manpower planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure all the legal compliances related to HR are up to date at the office and stores.
  • Ensure timely and correct salary payouts in liaison with the finance team.
  • Hiring efficient candidates within the budget and in giving a time frame.
  • Onboarding.
  • Clarity of role / JDs and KPIs.
  • Talent review and succession planning.
  • Competitive compensation and reward structure
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Timely amendments and ensuring adherence to HR policies
  • Excellent experience in creating and rebuilding the organizational structure.
  • Performance management reviews
  • Competitive compensation structure
  • HR data and analytics.
  • HR best practices to support business strategy and growth

Job requirements:-

  • College Degree, ideally with specific HR expertise/certification
  • More than 10 years of general experience at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Have experience in setting up the HR department
  • Have experience in writing policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of the Egyptian labor law
  • Extensive experience in general HR functions
