We are looking to hire new recruiters! We are SHR, a recruitment company. While we are based in the Netherlands, since the beginning of the Pandemic we were able to start working remotely with many more countries, and this helped us in enlarging our reach significantly.

We are a young, dynamic bunch and we believe that finding the perfects fit for our clients is more than just screening a few CVs. We perform thorough researches, we look on different outlets, we create tailored examinations based on the role we are hiring for, we care!

We created this company to use our European expertise and our knowledge of the MENA region in order to help our clients succeed in hiring the best people out there. We are specialized in working with the Arab-speaking world and, seeing that our outreach is expanding, we are now looking to hire people who are based in the countries we are now cooperating with. 

We need recruiters who will take an active part in all the processes of recruiting for our clients, from getting to know the business to draft the job ads, to interviewing and assessing the candidates. They will also be in charge of our social media presence and overall they will support us in our growth as a company!

 This is for now a part-time role of 8/10  hours a week, so it's perfect for anyone who needs a side job while still studying, working somewhere else, or simply wanting to gain more experience in the field. Competitive hourly rate and the huge potential for growth!
