- Job posting on recruitment websites to identify and source candidates. - Filter and screen resumes. - Develop a pool of qualified candidates. - Research, recommend and open new sources for candidate recruiting. - Attend employment fairs. - Updating the recruitment database and develop reports on employment activity as required. - Conduct and facilitate new hires orientation, prepare offer letters, notify applicants of consideration or rejection, perform reference check, and conduct exit interviews. - Conduct regular follow-up with the HR manager, to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plan. - Follow up on recruitment agencies. - Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
