Responsibilities:

Operation role:

  • Handle Export Operations.
  • Contact Shipping lines/Airlines to get rates and handle operations.
  • Know how to contact overseas agents.
  • Experience in getting rates from overseas agents and local suppliers.
  • Handle daily operation issues for import/export shipments.
  • Establish good relation and partnership with overseas agents.Sales role 
  • Approach new markets via the official channels "fairs, third party, referral, market visits or over trade map".
  • Prepare market survey to study and figure out the new opportunities.
  • Analyze the new customer's market share size in the new market, competitors, sales volume.. Etc.
  • Identify new customers to achieve the sales target according to customers' eters.
  • Negotiate sales orders as per the sales plan with current/ new customers.
  • Maintain the credit facilities in alignment with the credit policy, and follow up the lection process.
  • Set feedback analysis, recommendations, and action plan to launch the company new products in the new markets.
  • Maintain product visibility in the new markets with the customers.
  • Support the company in the exposure to the new customers through the related governmental authorities.

  • Good Knowledge of MS office, Specially ( Excel & Word )
  • Very Good Command of English Language
