Needed for a reputable company vacancy "Cost Reduction Engineer"

Job Description:-

• The engineer is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing cost reduction projects with the industrial manufacturing plant for batteries.
• This job requires communication between plant engineering, design engineering, and operators to understand and complete tasks required with as much efficiency as possible.
• Candidate must identify and ulate multiple cases and projects for cost reduction and value-added engineering tasks to prioritize and implement multiple projects at a time.
• The job will require knowledge of multiple manufacturing functions to realize optimum savings with the highest efficiency of implementation and reliability of the product.
• Projects range from new manufacturing technologies to process engineering and throughput. Responsibilities include being self-motivated and a high level of autonomy to complete projects with limited guidance.

Requirement:-

• B.S. degree in engineering, production field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to establish, prioritize, and organize responsibilities
• Ability to work on multiple large projects with a strict timeline.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams comprised of Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Business Unit resources to support the planning and implementation of Cost Improvement projects and activities and to translate design requirements into component, subsystem, and product specifications.
