Emirates Group is looking for Executive Secretary with these qualifications :

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years' administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
  • Proven ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed
  • Professional and friendly disposition
  • Experience in preparing public bids preferred
  • In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities- Integrity and confidentiality
