Ø BSc degree.
Ø Experience 6 years in real estate sales (1 year as a team leader).
Ø Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Ø Well-organized & responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Ø A team player with high level of dedication & leadership skills.
Ø Good negotiation skills.
Ø Very Good in English.
Ø Strong proficiency in Microsoft (Excel & word).
Ø Presentable.
Ø Own a car.
Job Description:
Ø Train, support and motivate team members to achieve individual & team target.
Ø Handle team complains and obligations.
Ø Handle clients’ obligations & inquiries.
Ø Allocate tasks to staff.
Work Conditions:
Ø Working Hours: 10:00 Am to 6:00 PM.
Ø Working Days: Saturday to Thursday.
Ø Expected Salary: 6000-8000 based on years of experience + Commission.
