Ø A successful and proven sales history especially in brokerage field.
Ø Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Ø Presentable & preferably owns a car.
Job Description:
Ø Prospect new leads and manage company leads.
Ø Study market and prospect new projects.
Ø Rent, buy or sell property for clients.
Ø Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.
