  • Propose sales volume & value for each Brand & SKU in the brand group; given planned marketing effort in order to be aligned w/t the Marketing plan objectivess
  • Ensure the delivery of brand targets (KPIs) including profitability, market share, consumer satisfaction & top of mind awareness to enable the company to achieve the defined Marketing plan objectives.
  • Maintain competitive quality, style, packaging and performance of all items in the brand group to achieve the desired differentiation strategy and objectives.
  • Develop and/or update competitor brand profile based on pricing, merchandising, packaging, consumer actions, and other factors to have complete knowledge on the market dynamics.
  • Develop & propose advertising and promotion plans in order to achieve the brand objectives.
  • Lead, recruit, develop & retain the Brand team in order to build strong talents/valuable resources for the team.
