Position: Security Guard

Are you vigilant, reliable, and committed to ensuring the safety and security of people and property? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Guards.

Responsibilities:
Patrol designated areas to deter unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, and other security threats
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect suspicious activity and respond promptly
Conduct security checks of buildings, premises, and facilities to ensure they are secure
Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations
Respond to emergencies, alarms, and disturbances, following established protocols
Assist visitors, employees, and customers with inquiries and directions
Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of activities
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed

Requirements:
Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field preferred but not required
Strong observation and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond to emergencies
Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid security guard license or certification (if required by state or local regulations)
