Job Title: Factory Helper

Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Factory Helpers in Dubai. As a Factory Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process and ensuring smooth operations within the factory.

Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading materials and products.
Support machine operators and production workers in various tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the factory area.
Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Help in packing and labeling products for shipment.
Assist in inventory management by counting and recording stock levels.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Basic understanding of safety procedures and practices.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
