• -Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to accurately assess the ironmongery requirements for various projects.
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive hardware schedules for projects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and submit proposals and bids for client projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and pricing.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients and the sales team regarding ironmongery selections and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
• Perform site visits when necessary to ensure accuracy of estimates and suitability of proposed solutions.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in estimation, preferably in the architectural hardware or joinery/ fit-out industry.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimation software.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards relevant to architectural hardware will be an advantage 
• Knowledge and understanding of REVIT is an added advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
