About Us:

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff members.
Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and faxes.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions and special events.
Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives.
Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with basic office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
