Expert Module Ultrasonic Welding TN-51-Sousse - SOU0001YC Your tasks:
Development, planning, standardization and realization of equipment and production processes / procedures within one Module field globally.
· Ensures the development, planning, standardization and realization of equipment and production processes / procedures
· Ensures the development and implementation of standards: Processes / Tools / Systems / Equipment / Methods / Organization / Technology / Design
· Ensures optimization of existing processes and equipment according to profitability aspects
· Project work
· Define and regularly update/verify standard times for all value add and none value add production process steps to be used in WSD standard calculation process
· Develop a standard concept for overall material flow within production facility (value stream) together with Value Chain Management
· Develop a standard plant layout according LEAN principles
· Feedback & implementation(incl. Ttaining) on potential standard improvements, share best practice
· Support and implementation of strategic roadmap
· Support and implementation of global equipment strategy with production equipment management
· Implement and drive actively an expert within module responsibility for each module

Your skills:

· Education Level : university degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar.
· Experience: 2 Years min in a relevant field
· Language: English is mandatory, German is a plus
