- Oversee day-to-day operations of the hydroponics farm, including production scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in agriculture, horticulture, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in agricultural management, preferably in hydroponic farming or greenhouse production.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Solid understanding of hydroponic farming principles, crop cultivation techniques, and plant nutrition.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, environmental sustainability practices, and quality assurance standards.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform business decisions.
