• Developing professional practice, nursing standards and skills and competencies within the Nursing teams by providing clear inspirational leadership
• Supporting the Medical Director and Vice Presidents (VPs) and senior team members with the implementation of the medical division strategies and expansion
• Operational management ensuring the safe delivery of nursing services across all departments i.e., primary care, aeromedical medicine, occupational health, global health, lifestyle and performance and infection control and prevention
• Overall responsibility for the patients experience, ensuring continuous improvement and pathway development
• Collaborating and working with the senior management team in business case planning and performance management

Skills

• A minimum of 10 years experience post registration within a health-related facility
• 3 5 years experience related to the management and leadership of various nursing teams within health services primary care, outpatients, ambulatory care, occupational health nursing or aviation nursing
• Masters degree in a health, leadership or management position
• Relevant Degree / Qualification in Nursing Practice BSN / BSC or equivalent
• Significant experience of leading change across multiple sectors
