Assistant Concierge Manager

The Assistant Concierge Manager delivers excellent guest services. He/She greets guests and assists them with transportation, dining, and entertainment requests in a professional and courteous manner. The Assistant Concierge Manager should be able to use the Property Management System to aid in his/her job functions. He/She should have knowledge of local city streets, dining venues, and major attractions. He/She also stays updated on local events and property’s events.
The Assistant Concierge Marrakech should be a pleasant, approachable and friendly individual who can converse well. He/She has a good command of English and often knows a second language. He/She is also someone who is able to thrive in a fast-paced work setting. He/She has to work in shifts and perform admin duties when needed.
The Assistant Concierge Marrakech should be able to assist guests with luggage deliveries and storage, and room changes. He/She also has to handle feedback from guests and other departments and report them to the Front Office Manager. He/She should be aware of the property's safety guidelines and support any approved workplace safety plans.
