The Vendor Product Specialist plays a vital role in Arrow by serving as a pivotal link connecting suppliers and customers. Their main responsibility is to cultivate and establish enduring business partnerships, ensuring a strong and lasting connection for Arrow.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Work closely with the UK Vendor team and the Vendor in the UK to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.

  
  

• Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and collaborate with the wider team to meet those requirements effectively.

  
  

• Maintain effective communication with our product managers and customers to ensure smooth operations.

  
  

• Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

  
  

Embrace a culture of continuous learning by actively participating in various IT training programs.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Strong proficiency in building and nurturing customer relationships.
