Role Description The Senior Tendering Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Obour City. This role is responsible for managing the tendering process for engineering projects, including reviewing bid documents, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive submissions. The Senior Tendering Engineer will analyze project specifications, estimate quantities and costs, and develop quotations in line with company standards and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for procurement-related data, clarifying technical queries with clients, and maintaining documentation and records for tenders. The role also involves contributing to tender strategy, supporting contract negotiations, and providing post-tender follow-up and reporting.

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in preparing and reviewing quotations and tender proposals for engineering and construction projects.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills for cost estimation, bid comparison, and evaluation of technical and commercial risks.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Candidates should possess procurement-related skills, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining competitive offers, and coordinating material and equipment requirements.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Civil engineering principles relevant to real estate, energy, and industrial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Several years of experience in tendering, estimation, or proposals engineering within construction, real estate development.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant estimation or tendering software; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
