Success in this position is demonstrated by providing exceptional customer service, managing bookings, searching for the best prices, and making amendments quickly and accurately, achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This role is essential in integrating with the Sales and Customer Service departments to support company growth and build long-term relationships with travelers.

Receive customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and provide the best airfare quotes and travel itineraries.

Issue, modify, and cancel flight tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).

Follow up on various airline terms and conditions regarding baggage, refund policies, and specific flight policies, and clearly communicate them to clients.

Advise travelers on visa requirements, required documentation, and updates related to international travel.

Resolve any emergency issues or flight schedule changes and coordinate with airlines to offer the best alternative solutions to clients.

Accurately record and update booking data and financial transactions in the company's internal system.
