OPay wishes to hire an Outdoor Sales Representative with the following requirements: - Executing the distribution of POS devices within the designated work area. - Organizing sales visits and following up on merchant requests according to the instructions of the Area Sales Manager and in coordination with the Sales Supervisor. - Maintaining relationships with merchants to ensure continuous growth, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Identifying and following up on new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients. - Taking responsibility for the daily action plan (sales targets, updating customer cards, etc.). - Ensuring an understanding of merchant needs and issues and providing collaborative support to improve customer satisfaction. - Achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Collecting payments from merchants on time and depositing them in the bank. - Sending a daily sales report to the Sales Supervisor. Job Requirements: - Higher qualification / Intermediate qualification. - Open for fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates in electronic payments and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). - 0-2 years of experience. - Possess negotiation skills with merchants. - Military service completed or exempted.
