We are seeking an enthusiastic Fulfillment specialist to join our growing team at Enarat located in Heliopolis with the following criteria:

Responsibilities:

● Handle all outbound fulfillment activities for ready-to-be-shipped orders.

● Review and verify customer orders received through the ERP system (e.g., Odoo).

● Pick and prepare products from stock according to order details and dispatch schedules.

Conduct quality inspections before packing to ensure all products are complete, clean, and damage-free.

● Pack, seal, and label orders according to company and courier standards.

● Generate and attach shipping documents, including invoices, labels, and waybills.

● Coordinate with the Dispatching Worker for handover of shipments to couriers.

● Update the ERP system to mark orders as shipped or dispatched accurately.

● Handle outbound returns (customer refusals, delivery failures) in coordination with Customer Support and the Storekeeper.

● Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards in the outbound fulfillment area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is a must.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations (E-commerce/retail preferred).·
• Ability to handle physical work (lifting, moving, packing).
• Basic reading, writing, and numeric skills to check orders and labels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order preparation.
• Strong knowledge of outbound order management and courier coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
