- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in labor affairs. - Practical experience in managing and handling workforce (technical / field labor) and being responsible for following up on their daily affairs and insurance to achieve operational efficiency and work environment stability. Daily management and follow-up of labor affairs. Effectively handling and resolving worker issues and complaints. Coordinating with various departments to provide labor needs (operation - accommodation - transportation). Monitoring attendance, departure, and workplace discipline. Supervising recruitment and orientation processes for new workers. Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Preparing periodic reports on labor status and performance level. Strong ability to communicate and deal with various groups. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
