Accurately weighing, dosing, and feeding raw materials, including polymer carriers, white pigments such as titanium dioxide (TiO₂), color pigments, and functional additives, according to approved formulation sheets. Monitoring operating parameters such as temperatures, screw speed, pressure, cutter speed, and cooling water flow to ensure consistent product quality and dispersion. Coordinating with the Quality Control (QC) lab to conduct color and visual checks on initial and continuous runs, and performing spectrophotometric analysis. Handling minor mechanical and electrical faults in extrusion lines, and reporting major breakdowns to the maintenance team. Ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and palletizing of finished masterbatch products. Fully adhering to company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), and safely handling chemicals and pigments. Conducting thorough cleaning of extruders, dies, and mixing equipment during color changeovers to prevent cross-contamination. Maintaining daily production logs, raw material consumption records, and shift handover reports. Ensuring smooth and continuous operation of the production line. Adherence to approved masterbatch formulations and recipes. Achieving high quality dispersion and color accuracy. Zero major batch rejections due to color or dispersion variations. Minimizing machine downtime through prompt fault detection and resolution. Accurate product identification and inventory handover/receipt. Providing a safe working environment with zero safety incidents. Efficient and clean execution of color/product changeovers. Ensuring documentation reliability and product/material traceability.
