We’re Hiring for One of Our Clients: Travel Consultant

Location: Mohandessin – Cairo, Egypt

Working Hours: Rotational shifts – 8 hours/day

Days Off: 2 Rotational days per week

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Travel Consultant to join our call center team. If you’re passionate about travel, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping others plan their journeys — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with travel bookings and inquiries.
• Use Amadeus GDS to book and modify flight reservations.
• Support customers with hotel bookings and related services.
• Resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets and service quality standards.

What we're looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in flight reservations or a travel call center
• Amadeus GDS proficiency is a must
• Experience with hotel booking systems is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and in a rotating shift schedule
