We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer Section Head – Architecture to join our team.
???? Job Responsibilities:Supervise and manage architectural and finishing works across residential building projects. Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule. Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents. Inspect finishing works and ensure compliance with required quality standards. Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues. Lead and supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors. Prepare progress reports and coordinate with the project management team. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and project requirements.
???? Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering. More than 9 years of relevant experience in architectural and finishing works. Strong experience in residential building projects is required. Excellent knowledge of architectural construction and finishing activities. Strong ability to review drawings and coordinate between different disciplines. Experience in managing site teams, subcontractors, and construction activities. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
