• Receive orders and check availability

• Organize deliveries

• Communicate with the sales team to confirm deliveries and balances of COP

• Receive, Revise and process shipments Costs

• Login all shipments details into monitoring sheets

• Ensure all the logistics activities are performed with the maximum efficiency

Requirements

• Graduates with BSc. of Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering

• From 0 to 1 year of experience maximum in logistics or administration.

• Fluent in English both spoken & Written Commands.

• Good communication and negotiations skills

• Ability to work among a team and individually

• Ability to handle stress and work under pressure

• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-tasks
