نحن نوظف مهندس ذكاء اصطناعي وتعلم آلي مبتدئ للعمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع مهندسنا المخضرم في الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة على ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي عبر تدفقات EDA الرقمية ومنصة PaaS. هذا دور نمو ستنفذ فيه الميزات التي يضعها المعماريون الكبار، وتملك نماذج أو تدفقات محددة، وتبني خبرة عميقة في الذكاء الاصطناعي لتصميم الرقائق. إذا كنت خارج الجامعة بعامين إلى عامين، قوي في Python وأساسيات ML، ومتطلع لتعلم مجال EDA، فهذه هي المكان الذي يمكنك فيه النمو بسرعة تحت إشراف قوي.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشح
- 1-2 سنوات من خبرة هندسة ML (التدريب الداخلي ووجود محافظ قوية يحتسبان)
- قوي في Python؛ متمكن من PyTorch أو أطر ML مشابهة
- أسس CS/ML صلبة يمكنك فيها شرح ما يفعله backprop ومتى تستخدم محول Transformer مقابل MLP
- خبرة عملية في تدريب ونشر نموذج ذو جودة إنتاجية على الأقل
- الفضول تجاه مجال EDA / تصميم الرقائق والرغبة في الغوص عميقاً في مجال تقني
- بكالوريوس في CS أو EE أو مجال ذو صلة؛ يفضّل ماجستير
We're hiring a Junior AI/ML Engineer to work alongside our Senior AI/ML Engineer on AI features across digital EDA flows and the PaaS platform. This is a growth role you'll implement features the senior architects, own specific models or flows, and build deep expertise in AI for chip design. If you're 1-2 years out of school, strong in Python and ML fundamentals, and excited to learn the EDA domain, this is a place where you can grow fast under strong mentorship.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of ML engineering experience (internships and strong portfolios count)
- Strong Python; comfortable with PyTorch or similar ML frameworks
- Solid CS/ML fundamentals you can explain what backprop does and when to use a transformer vs an MLP
- Hands-on experience training and deploying at least one production-quality model
- Curiosity about the EDA / chip design domain willingness to dive deep into a technical field
- BSc in CS, EE, or related; MSc a plus
