A QA Manager is required to have full oversight of applying and developing the company's quality, safety, and environmental systems in accordance with international quality, safety, and environmental standards. Key tasks and responsibilities: Manage and develop the comprehensive Quality Management System and ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 specifications; prepare and update quality, environment, safety, and occupational health policies and procedures and ensure their efficient implementation. Plan and execute internal quality audits and supervise external audits to maintain ISO certificates. Monitor non-conformance (NC) analyses, determine root causes, approve corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness. Establish and develop KPIs for the quality department and prepare periodic reports to senior management. Lead and develop the team and promote a culture of continuous improvement across all processes and coordinating applications.
