Job Description:
* Mentor and guide ESL English instructors to improve their teaching performance.* Conduct regular feedback and performance evaluations.* Support instructors with teaching methodologies, lesson planning, and classroom management.* Assist in developing and improving curricula, assessments, and teaching materials.* Identify instructors’ development needs and provide coaching and training.* Monitor teaching quality and ensure adherence to academic standards.* Collaborate with operational and managerial teams to achieve academic goals.* Encourage continuous professional development and knowledge sharing among instructors.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.* 2+ years of experience in English teaching.* TEFL / TESOL / CELTA / TOT certification.* Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Excellent command of English and strong knowledge of ESL teaching methodologies.
