Support and coordinate daily transportation operations.
Monitor fleet utilization and optimize asset productivity.
Manage driver allocation, attendance, and operational performance.
Ensure high levels of customer service and timely issue resolution.
Support capacity planning to meet business and customer requirements.
Handle operational disruptions and crisis situations effectively.
Monitor and control transportation costs, including fuel and trip expenses.
Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company standards.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are:
Experienced: Possess 3–6 years of relevant experience in Transportation, Fleet Operations, Logistics, or Operations Support.
Industry Knowledgeable: Have a good understanding of transportation operations, fleet utilization, driver management, and trip planning.
Analytical: Able to monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
Problem-Solvers: Capable of handling operational disruptions and making effective decisions under pressure.
Cost-Conscious: Understand transportation cost drivers, fuel efficiency, and cost-control practices.
Communicative: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Organized: Exhibit strong planning, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Proficient: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and preferably experience with Fleet Management, GPS/Telematics, or Transportation Management Systems.
Compliance-Focused: Understand the importance of safety, SOPs, and operational compliance.
