مراجعة ومطابقة أرصدة المنتجات بين الأرفف والمخازن والنظام، مع تحليل فروقات الجرد (عجز/زيادة) وتحديد أسبابها وإعداد تقارير دورية بها.
يشمل الدور متابعة المنتجات عالية التكلفة وحركة المخزون ومعدلات دوران الأصناف والتنبيه على المنتجات الراكدة، بالإضافة إلى متابعة المرتجعات والتأكد من تسجيلها وإرجاعها للموردين في الوقت المناسب، ومراجعة استلامات المنتجات والإدخالات والتحويلات اليومية لضمان دقة البيانات على النظام.

Responsible for implementing periodic stocktaking operations for branch departments, reviewing and reconciling product quantities between shelves, warehouses, and the system, with analysis of stock variances (shortages/excess) and identifying their causes and preparing periodic reports. The role includes monitoring high-cost products, stock movement, item turnover rates, and flagging stagnant products, in addition to tracking returns and ensuring they are recorded and returned to suppliers on time, and reviewing product receipts, entries, and daily transfers to ensure data accuracy in the system.
