Are you a motivated Telemarketing Representative fluent in English, experienced with ERP systems, and skilled in generating leads? If yes, we want you on our team!

???? Key Responsibilities:
???? Contact potential customers using scripts and introduce our products/services
???? Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
???? Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
???? Maintain and update CRM with customer information
???? Achieve sales targets and consistently exceed quotas
???? Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction

???? Job Requirements:
✅ Fluent English with excellent communication skills
✅ Experience in ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
✅ Proven telemarketing experience with sales quota achievement
✅ Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
✅ Previous experience in software sales or customer service
✅ Ability to handle rejection positively
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in the Saudi Arabian market

???? Working Hours: 8.5 hours/day (including 30-minute break)
???? Days off: 2 days/week
