Required architectural engineer (technical office and designs) - a finishing and real estate development company with engineers
The main tasks:
Prepare architectural and interior designs (2D & 3D) with professional render.
Create detailed shop drawings for all items (electrical, plumbing, tile layout, gypsum board).
Survey units and prepare As-Built drawings.
Conditions:
Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering (3 to 5 years of design experience).
Fluent and fast proficiency in: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Excel.
