Job responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and phone calls. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales. Recommend suitable cosmetic services according to each client's needs. Follow up with potential and current clients to increase bookings and sales. Build long-term relationships with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high conversion rate. Update client data accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. ✅ Requirements 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center. Prefer prior experience in cosmetics, cosmetic clinics, dermatology, beauty centers, or Medical Spa. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Passion for sales and customer service. Ability to work toward sales targets. Proficient computer skills; CRM system experience preferred.
