Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Manager role based in Giza. The BIM Manager will oversee the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling processes and standards across projects, ensuring model accuracy, coordination, and compliance with company and industry guidelines. Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings, resolving design clashes, and ensuring effective collaboration among architecture, MEP, and other project teams. The role requires managing BIM execution plans, supporting virtual design workflows, training project staff on BIM tools and best practices, and working closely with project managers and engineers to support efficient project delivery. The BIM Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement of digital design processes and help align BIM practices with Seero’s mission and values.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms and workflows, with experience in setting and maintaining BIM standards. Strong BIM Coordination skills, including clash detection, interdisciplinary coordination, and model integration across project teams. Experience with Virtual Design processes and tools that support visualization, simulation, and digital collaboration. Background in Architecture with solid understanding of design documentation, construction detailing, and coordination with structural and MEP disciplines. Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration into BIM models and project documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; advanced BIM certifications are an advantage. Hands-on experience in managing BIM on medium to large-scale building or infrastructure projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and model quality. Ability to lead and mentor project teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices in digital design, construction, and project delivery.
