Sales Representative for Al Jazeera Paints Company. Responsibilities: - Develop and strengthen the distribution network through systematic follow-up to ensure optimal performance for all agents - Promote products and sales through regular visits to customers to strengthen relationships and gather market insights. - Monitor and support traders to ensure adherence to our brand identity and distribution strategy. - Create a comprehensive database and maintain strong relationships with target client groups, including painters, contractors, and traders. - Supervise accounts receivable to ensure timely payments according to agreed terms, with the goal of meeting days outstanding in the budget. - Establish new retail sites that meet company standards. - Collaborate with Customer Service, Technical Services, and Finance to ensure timely delivery and superior customer service. - Plan and execute daily customer visits and strategic sales activities. - Immediately address customer complaints to maintain a reliable and trustworthy relationship. - Regularly monitor collection schedules to ensure payment receipt as scheduled. - Create and review monthly sales and collection reports. - Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities effectively. Requirements: - Experience in paints, cement, or chemicals of at least 2 years - Familiarity with the province and its distribution - Higher education - Must own a car
