:Key Responsibilities• Supervise daily security operations and ensure proper coverage across all company locations.• Monitor the performance of security supervisors and officers, organize shifts, and assign duties efficiently.• Review security reports and incidents and take the necessary corrective actions.• Ensure the implementation of security policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.• Contribute to the protection of company assets, facilities, and employees from potential risks.• Coordinate with external security authorities and relevant parties when required.• Train, guide, and develop security personnel to enhance operational efficiency and discipline.• Ensure compliance with safety and emergency procedures across all sites.• Handle emergencies and crisis situations professionally and effectively.• Prepare periodic security reports and submit them to the Security Manager.:Requirements• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.• Minimum 7 years of experience in Industrial Security.• Strong leadership, organizational, and field supervision skills.• Good knowledge of security procedures and risk management practices.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.• Military or police background is preferred.
