Reviewing and reconciling warehouse receipt vouchers with purchase orders and supplier statements. Executing and processing warehouse movements: addition, issuance, and stock reconciliations. Performing comparison and matching between the prices of purchase addition vouchers and supplier purchase orders (from Debit Inventory to Credit Suppliers). Recording and posting in supplier statements. Working across all types of inventory: raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished/running products, finished products, and spare parts (technical warehouse). Preparing monthly reports for the company's finished goods stock, and disposing / depreciating all damaged goods from all warehouses. Monitoring and verifying all warehouse transactions related to the Inventory Expense account and testing their validity.
