Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies.
Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
Drive Organizational Development initiatives to improve business performance.
Oversee performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
Develop employee engagement and retention programs.
Support organizational restructuring and change management projects.
Analyze HR metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.

Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist .
Proven experience leading and managing an HR team .
Strong background in Organizational Development (OD) , including: Performance Management Succession Planning Talent Management Competency Frameworks Employee Engagement Organizational Design Learning & Development Change Management Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Personnel, and HR Operations.
Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent English is highly preferred.
