Role Description The Concept Designer at hijazioun consulting is a full-time, on-site role based in Ţanţā. The role involves developing visual concepts from initial ideas to polished designs that support client projects and internal initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include creating concept art, character designs, and storyboards, as well as collaborating with project teams to refine narratives and visual directions. The Concept Designer will translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions, iterate based on feedback, and prepare assets for presentations and production. This role also requires maintaining brand consistency across visuals, organizing design files, and staying current with industry trends and tools.
Qualifications
Ability to develop and refine creative ideas, with strong skills in Concept Development and Storyboarding. Proficiency in visual creation, including Concept Art and Character Designs, to support narrative and branding needs. Solid Graphic Design skills, with experience in layout, typography, color, and composition for digital and print assets. Experience using industry-standard design and illustration tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, drawing tablets, or equivalent). Strong visual storytelling abilities and an understanding of pacing, framing, and audience engagement. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work with cross-functional teams. Strong portfolio showcasing concept design, character work, and storyboards; experience in consulting or creative agencies is an asset. Relevant education in Design, Illustration, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
